What is a good liquid fertilizer for an indoor potted date palm?

I have a 1 foot pygmy date palm in a container, indoors.

What is a good liquid fertilizer, and how often should I apply it?

Hey Dis,

Be sure not to use anything with more Nitrogen than potassium and phosphates. Epsom Salts should be diluted according to instructions for use as a fertilizer to give Magnesium and Manganese, will help keep it green and healthy.

Then alternate next month with some Palm Saver. Push a screw driver down in the edge of the pot, at about 6 places equally distant from each other - put the recommended amount in the holes, not on the surface. This is not liquid either.

So, careful not to exceed the recommended amounts, alternate months with those applications. Be sure to water so that water comes out the bottom - this will flush the salts that the plant excretes out the bottom.
