I'm a Sprint dealer and this is the first time I've ever had trouble programming a phone. HELP! All I need to know is how to change the language to spanish on a palm centro.
Can anyone tell me how to change the palm centro settings to spanish?
Hard reset. (Take battery out, put it back in, hold power until it boots, after that press up button to clear out info) The phone will be reset and ask for language to Spanish.

Reply:Won't work. It requires third-party software from Paragon as an overlay to use ANY other language. See: www.palm.com A hard reset will just frustrate you further. It DOES NOT prompt you to choose a language. Report It
