Can you tatoo the palm of your hand succesfully?

Im considering tatooing the palm of my hand with an alchemaic circle. I have some concerns though, does the skin shed fast enough that you will lose the tatoo. Any additional advice is also welcome.

Can you tatoo the palm of your hand succesfully?
You can do it but it'll need touching up more than any other tattoo you have. The skin on your hands reginerates at such fast rate because you use your hands for everything. It WILL be painful. I'll warn you of that.

That being said, I think palm tats are awesome.
Reply:sure u can the tat will be deep enough to last for years u might need to get it redone after a few years to see it better.
Reply:That's a pretty neat idea. You can tattoo the palm of your hand without any problems- the ink penetrates plenty deep enough. Just be sure that after the healing process begins to keep it lotioned.
Reply:i know one guy that has a star on the alm of his hand if you go to a good professional tatoo artist you should be fine. oh and hold really really still cause you dont want them to mess up and its gonna hurt like hell. get drunk or somthing first lol
Reply:I know someone who tattooed an egg on his palm (don't ask!) and it stayed. i don't think you should have a problem
Reply:Might hurt more when you get it done there. It can be done though.
Reply:yes you can I have seen many but i would say it hurts worse than most cause of all the nerve endings in your hands.
Reply:uwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww dont do that!!!!!!!!
Reply:The palm of the hand has a tendancy to sweat, so it will take longer to heal, and because it is subject to many germs it will be difficult to keep it clean. It's not going to heal easly and it's going to hurt like hell. If you can keep it from staying moist during the healing process, color should stay true.
Reply:Of course you can tatto your palms. It is just not advisable to have a tattoo in your palm since we use and wash our hands all the time. The integrity of the ink will not be as great when tattoed with the other part of the body, but it will stay. It will just fade a little.
