Planted 2 months ago. It gets plenty of water. I have been using B vitamins and palm tree spikes. It is starting to look a little droopy and some of the fronds are turning brown. Pineapple palm is doing great in same conditions.
Suggestions for sick queen palm tree?
queen palms are susesitble to leathal yellowing a serious desiese that has no cure. Dont worry it is a plant desise that cannot make any of your other plants sick. you can call a landscaper and he/she can give your plants shots to control the sickness. this is only one possiblility, you may just have it in too acitic soil and you will have to move it
Reply:If it is cracked at the bottom any where that is one big thing that disease does. Pour half bleach and half water in the crack. If not queen palms all was have a iron defiance. Put iron ite around it and make sure not to give it a lot of water.
