My palm piloet crashed the other day so I went and bought a new one, but today i tryed to turn it on and it broke too. Is it possible they broke from magnets?
Is it possible for my palm pilot to break from a magnet?
It won't necessarily "Break" but a magnetic pulse can scramble the contents of any memory the PDA has. Call Palm and ask how you can "flash" the device back to the default settings.
Reply:yes any electronic devic can be damage by a magnet depend how long, where, wat type of screen
Reply:No. There is nothing inside the Palm that is affected by magnets. No mechanical disks, crts screens, or anything else that is affected. You must have a different cause.
