What to do with palm tree sprouts?

I have a relatively young palm tree in my backyard (about 5 1/2 feet tall not counting the fronds), which has several baby palm trees trying to grow beneath it (little green fronds). I keep cutting them back, but I am thinking there has to be a better solution... ?

Some palms grow from seeds, like coconuts. Some palms grow from spreading roots, like fish tale palms or acacias. If you have spreaders growing from roots, its OK to have new shoots. Its the way they grow. Cutting the new shoots may kill some palms.
Reply:just dig them up and replant them somewhere else
Reply:can i have them?
Reply:Dig them out and plant them in planters and sell them to the tourists!
Reply:Get some anvil style pruning shears and just lop them off at the ground once a year.
