Palm Tree is approx. 20 ft. tall, has been in my front yad for the last 21 years and i want to sell it. I would like to know who will buy it and give us the best deal?
I have a Palm Tree in my front yard that i would like to sell?
You could try advertising online or in your local newspaper.
In my area there are landscape contractors that buy plants growing on lots where the house/building is going to be demolished. Then they sell the mature plants to people who want to landscape their gardens. I am sure that you will find a buyer.
Palm trees are actually quite easy to dig up and move as they have rather shallow roots.
Good Luck!!
Reply:Ask a landscaping architect
Reply:Call your local landscapers and nurseries.

Reply:Go to the Internet and look for "selling palm trees."
under "I want to sell my palm tree" you will find out if yours is one of the types that are in demand. Don't count on it though. I cut mine down myself. The wood needs to cure for a couple of years, as it holds moisture like you wouldn't believe.
Reply:We had a palm in our front yard. I called an arborist and the nurseries. Nobody wanted it. The problem is is that they don't want to pay for the tree incase it dies. The other problem is them taking the palm tree out because they don't want to damage your property. We ended up having a gardener take it out and he took it to his home. He then replaced it with another tree of our chosing that he then brought from the nursery and then dug the hole and planted it for us.
